When I Was a Child
When I was a child, to get anything I used to weep,
Now before buying anything, why I think so deep.
What has changed, if I am the same,
Why am I now running after money and fame.
No one knows when this run will end,
When will I again cry and play with friends.
When again will I ask my mother to buy me a new toy,
When will she stop saying, “You are now a grown up boy”.
When can I tear my new shirt and just say SORRY
When will I say for last time, “This life is very boring.”
When will Microsoft hear my small plea,
When will I delete 20 years just by pressing a Delete key.
